    I’m aware. Thanks for your non-helpful comment. Never once did I say I had an “Ameraucana”. Americanas are made from Ameraucanas. Not all Easter egger are from those lines. The new ones from Hoovers are crested cream legbar line EE.

    I certainly didn’t need more chicks, but I definitely felt the need for these $1 chicks 😂 I love the variety and I’m happy they don’t all have the same muffs like I originally hoped. I just want to be able to keep them all.

    Went from 4 pullets to 23 chickens in 3m, and now I’m here

    1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Was given 4 pullets (gold laced Wyandotte, midnight marans, Easter egger and gold laced polish) aged 12 weeks in late August. Got a silkie mix chick and frizzle mystery chick 2 weeks later. Hatched 5 silkies and 5 polish on Friday...
