I think I'm done with shipped, i tried it, learned a lot, plus I don't think there is anyone around these parts selling eggs this time of year, just cause no one has any lol I'll just wait till spring and order hatchery birds...hubs didn't give me a limit on how many birds, just a dollar...

Well, my first try at shipped eggs was a total bust....0 hatched, I cracked the remaining 5 that were in the bator early yesterday morning....1 was a questionable that I left in just in case...was long gone, 1 quit around lockdown, had a lot of yolk left to absorb, 3 were fully formed, a sliver...

Day 25 for me is Wednesday....ill wait till then and see

I have 5 eggs, could only get pictures of 2. I can see blood vessels in 2 of them..... Not sure what to do at this point......

I all of mine looked like those....none of them sank and none were high at all....so I'll wait it out..if they are underdeveloped and not dead how long can they go? Like if my temps ran low throughout incubation could they survive extended time in the incubator?

Well I floated....they all seem like low floaters to me....not what is expect from a bobber...and I do a lot of fishing lol guess I'll just leave them be till Tuesday?

I'll give it a good read and do the float test, maybe I'm wrong and something good comes of it....or I might just have to wait until spring :( praying for babies still....

Nope....I even tapped....nothing...I think my silkies are no more....they were shipped eggs so even so it was a good learning experience but I was hoping for some babies....
