Don't fret! You aren't that far off the temperature. If anything, without changing temps or anything they may just be a day or two late. I would try, to just ease the temp up to 101. Not sure what kind of incubator you have but if it is the type with a manually adjusted thermostat (not digital)...

When I was using a still air, I kept it around 100 and had pretty decent hatches. They were always early so I figured it was best not to increase the temperature. Could have been my thermometers too...how far along are they? I would say if you are closer to the end, they should be fine at 100.4...
