@Bubbles12345 , Sorry for the delay... I have a little giant Styrofoam still air incubator w/ turner. I am not currently incubating anything, but plan to next spring.
Thanks. And yes, there just aren't enough hours in the day for me to keep up with this thread. Oh well. I'll just have to pop in here and there, and maybe I'll pick up on whats going on. I see you are a fellow Tennessean, great state to live in!

This is what I do too. All my chicks get an immune boosting tea on day one, followed by grass clumps, fermented feed and clabber.
I put them out on the ground in a day pen when they are about a week old. Haven't had any cocci yet. I think the biggest cause for cocci is wet, unsanitary...
Our turkey should be thawed, it's been sitting out the last two days, so I doubt it's still frozen. Not sure how much it weighs, but probably around 15 Lbs.
It's a Standard Bronze Tom we harvested earlier this year.
@mrleeroy , and Welcome to the thread! Good luck with your hatch!
@Bubbles12345 , Now what have a gotten you into.....
@chicken hawk 33 , Congrats on the hatch! 16/22(?) chicks is great for a first time! Glad to hear the malpositioned one made it out on it's own!
@ccrane11 , Congrats...
@Sally Sunshine , Congrats on the hatch! Looks like you have a lot of pullets in there. Glad to hear the dropped egg hatched with no issues!
@ambe0487 , I don't like to pick up the eggs either, my hands shake to much, I would probably drop an egg if I did. I just left the eggs in the turner...
The storm is mostly over now, it's still warm and raining though.

It's very warm here too, Who would guess it's almost december?!
@chicken hawk 33 , Good luck with your hatch!
The storm is hitting us in Eastern Tennessee now, lots of rain and super high winds. Praying everyone out there with out power is Ok. This weather is so strange for november. Stay safe everyone!
Several hundred posts to catch up on, did I miss anything important?
You all are killing me with those chick pictures! I ''need'' some chicks now!
@All, Just out of curiosity, what do you do with all these chicks you hatch? Do you keep them all, or sell them?
Wow, that is a lot of fluctuation. Do you have another thermometer you could put in there? Those thermometers that come with the incubators are known to be unreliable. I agree with @lazy gardener , it does sound a lot like a bad thermostat is the problem. I would put the eggs under your broody...
