Yes! It hatched while i was gone. The second egg I noticed is also pipped but is malpositioned. It looked really dry so I wrapped it in a damp towel. Fingers crossed. So far I have 4 cinnamon queen/French Maran mix and 1 OE/ Welsummer mix as well.

Honestly, I only have two left from my Rouen pair that I lost so these are really important to me. I left it alone and have left for 2 hours so hopefully I don't have to worry when I get back.

Hey everyone! I have a quick question about this little duck egg. He's been pipped since yesterday early morning (6am). I noticed a line of pips this morning but nothing since. Is this suppose to be a zip? Or is it just making the pip bigger? Eta-- he's very active and doesnt sound stress

Hello All! I have 36 eggs in the Bator right now. 6 Rouen duck eggs, 18 OE's, and 12 barnyard mix. My duck eggs are on day 6 and I just set my chicken eggs today. I've been running my humidity for the duck eggs at 75%+ but know from experience, my chicken eggs don't seem to hatch out as well...
