Yep. I have a bag that I keep bones, scraps of meat, and veggie trimmings in. I freeze it. When the bag is full, I make stock. I keep a beef one and a chicken (poultry) one going all the time.
Sheet pan dinner tonight. I spatchcocked a couple of chickens last grocery trip and cut each in half, then froze them. Gives us 4 meals off two chickens, a bargain with today’s prices! I’ll season the chicken, surround it on the sheet tray with cubed taters, asparagus, carrots, beets, parsnips...

A little of both. I’m hungry - haven’t eaten since Sunday - but not sure I’m wanting to risk it yet. Couple the bland, light diet with the cardio and renal diets, and toast will probably be the diet of the week.

Sweet ‘n’ Sassy baby back ribs, melting potatoes, and we‘re gonna try corn on the cob…..Ken’s breaking in new teeth so we’ll see how that goes.) I can’t do barbecue sauce so I LOVE these ribs with their garlic, rice vinegar, soy, hoisin and plum sauce.
