I was gone all day yesterday. DH did a chuck roast, potatoes, carrot, celery and onion in the crockpot. It smelled wonderful when I walked in at 7:30, and it was delicious!

I made Salad with Coconut Fried Shrimp tonight. It was to die for!. I wish I'd made another 2 lbs of the shrimp, but my waistline was glad I didn't.

Last night we had Pork Tenderloin from our own pastured pigs. Wow it was great!
For sides I roasted new potatoes and sweet potatoes together with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Fresh snap beans from the garden and a side salad.

Last night we had fajitas made from our own pastured pork, anaheim peppers and onions from our gardens. Toppings of homemade black bean & corn salsa and homemade sour cream.
Sides of refried beans made from homecanned pintos, and rice.
Black cherry ice cream for dessert...store bought though
Yesterday I made a roast (our grass fed beef) and veggies in the crockpot. Oh my, delicious!
