a healthy food night last night. Low sodium turkey in a fat free whole wheat pita with a teeny bit of mayo. Sliced cucumber. Kiwi. Fat free string cheese stick. I'm still hungry. :( But feel great! :D

pasta salad with artichoke hearts. I like artichoke dip, but hearts I have had a couple of different ways and they are not great. Great antioxidant food though.
