Leftover Chinese: Mongolian Beef for me, General Tso for DH. My first time ordering Mongolian beef from this restaurant, won't do it again. 4 parts onion to 1 part beef in a thin watery sauce. Flavor is OK.

Last night was Nachos with homemade Nacho Cheese sauce. I usually just use shredded cheese and broil them, but DH said you gotta have Nacho Cheese sauce for nacho's, so I found a recipe and made it. He made himself soft shell taco's for supper... But my nachos were wonderful!

I always steam the broccoli while cooking fish, I just make sure I turn on the hood over the stove.
