I made a huge pot of stew, so decided to do something different with what was left. Put a roll of croissant dough in the bottom of the pan, baked it. Took it o ut, added hot stew. Topped with another roll of croissant dough, baked again. Ate. Way too yummy!

I wish we had gas here, that is my standard for cooking. But no, glass top electric. Hate it. But we have propane bbq for emergencies.

Well if i can't find stew mix, i use 2 beef bouillon cubes instead. Stew mix is sold in envelopes, usually near the gravy mix in the grocery store. When i get ready to cook the beef i make sure the pieces are small enough to eat in one bite. I pour olive oil in the hot stew pot. The meat...
