For dinner we had sauteed greens (fresh from the garden - swiss chard, spinach, lamb's quarter, and bok choy) with pine nuts, rice and chicken. I didn't have time to take pictures, though. It sure was yummy! :)

For lunch we had pinto bean hummus with dried tomatoes. Also had chocolate milk made with goat milk - (just for you @cavemanrich )! :eek::)

Just remember that God is our healer and He can heal him. In the bible God says that He is our healer and He doesn't want us to go to others for healing. He also says if somebody is sick or injured to anoint them with oil and pray over them. I'll be praying for him to get better. All the best...

Yummy! Bread sounds soooo wonderful!!! I think I'll be making a gluten free version for dinner. Then I'll make some fresh butter to go with it! :)

I just got back from planting Southport Red onions and Brunswick cabbage in the snow and wind. :barnie Now I'm inside sitting by the fire eating chili with some of that good ol' fermented cream aka sour cream in it. :)

I had rice, pressure-cooked chicken and guinea, and kohlrabi, carrots, and kale all mixed together and topped off with some coconut aminos and salt.

Mmm..... that desert looks good! Is it pecan ice cream with chocolate sauce drizzled over the top?! :)
