Then sauteed onions and lamb chops, added carrots, parsnips, potatoes, rosemary, sage, garlic cloves, a little creme de mint, little white wine, and salt. Here it is right before going into oven:

Here's our bruchetta zucchini we grilled on Sunday. It's topped with garden fresh garlic, herbs, mozzerella cheese.
We had lamb too, but this was much yummier, and with so many good fresh vegetables and herbs, meat seems unnecessary.
