Let me know what you think. I think I may need more tahini. That’s where I’m at right now with this recipe. I think everything balances great except it needs more tahini maybe. Maybe a lot more Tahini.

2 c. cooked chickpeas
6 T. tahini
3⁄4 c. water
4 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1⁄4 c. lemon juice
1⁄4 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Cumin

Looks amazing! I made chicken potpie over the weekend and used a store bought crust, which was okay. Next time I think I want to try something different...maybe biscuits or something a little heavier with no bottom crust. Any ideas?
