Thanks. They were good. Next time, I might roast the peppers just a few minutes before creating the nachos to throw in the oven. When I asked my son if he wanted "nachos", he asked why I was using air quotes. :gig I told him that we were having nachos made with bell peppers, would he like those...

Made some "nachos" with sweet bell peppers. I had some peppers to use up (in case you couldn't tell from yesterday and today's meals.) :D

A spin on pepper chicken made it with ground turkey.

Yesterday's lunch. Ranch chicken and broccoli. The ranch chicken was supposed to go on bread, but I didn't want any. I think it would be good on rice too.

Try an ad blocker. Works for me :confused: the ads have really interfered with the experience and created the same problems as you described prior to me installing it.

Well, I went to make a lunch to take to work and I found 1 (uno) slice of turkey left in the package. 1 - who leaves one slice of turkey? I am pretty sure I know who it was. But, seriously? We have extra in the freezer when it gets down to 1 slice take out another package so someone else can...

Might be a good source of protein. :confused::sick
