    Let me know what you think after you do! Make sure to allow the meat to marinade in the seasonings for 3 hours. Makes a big difference I think. It was amazing. So was the sauce that was brushed on it.

    Rambutan. It is an exotic asizn fruit. You cut through the outer "shell" and eat the inside. Taste a bit like pear, but sweeter. It has a seed inside. Hmmm...might try to plant one. Looks delicious! Not too keen on cooked carrots. Good gravy or sauce makes any meal a comfort meal...

    Here's the recipe for the fish. It is really good, and much lighter than you would think. Baked Fish with Lemon Cream Sauce. I didn't have fresh parsley on hand, so skipped that ingredient. It really mostly adds color anyway.

    It was delicious! I cooked the turkey breast in a bag, because it was too big for my rotisserie. Turned out perfect!! Pots made of Yukon Golds...doesn't get better than that. And who doesn't love artichokes? Esp. with butter and mayo with a touch of balsamic?
