Ah well, we live on top of a hill with waterfront & bushland . We usually have a sea breeze so our temps are normally reasonable but any time I have to go anywhere I notice immediately how much hotter it is.

Such an interesting thread. I found the grey in England just so depressing when I was there after blue Aussie skies. Weeks on end with no blue & when it did show up it was a thin faded blue. :hmm On the other hand I'm not a fan of our super hot weather just now either...
