    My Dill pickles definitely don't taste store bought but I like them much better. Each pint gets 1tsp salt, 1tsp mustard seed, 1tsp Dill seed, 1/2tsp peppercorns, 1/2tsp Dill weed, 1/2tsp hot pepper flakes and a couple cloves of garlic.     From what I understand pumpkin puree is too thick to be heated thoroughly in a home pressure pot. I just freeze my puree or puree my canned cubes once I'm ready to use them.

    If you can them for pies be sure to cube them. Pumpkin puree is not safe to can at home.
