Today I sat (in the mud) and watched the wildlife activity at a "sapsucker tree." There was a family of three sapsuckers (mom, dad, and baby), butterflies, and a hummingbird drinking from the sap wells, and a Song Sparrow singing above. Juvenile Yellow-bellied Sapsucker:

Great underwater shots! I ended up returning my TG-5; I couldn't stand the purple hued circle on the lens/lens cover and the IQ did not meet my expectations. The lens spot is a known issue with the TG series. Have you noticed it on the TG-6?
Eh, I already know what could be improved in those photos. I just can't fix them because of the mediocre quality of the images from that old camera. : )
Thanks! I used a microscopic lens attached to a superzoom point-and-shoot. It's a bit tricky to focus and hold still, but it's getting easier with practice.
I've been getting back into macro photography lately. Today I played around with my new Raynox super macro conversion lens and compared it to the Olympus TG-5 I just got and I think I'll be sending the Olympus back! The Olympus has a known major flaw that I don't think I can deal with.
