It's amazing what practice can do for you! Great capture! What camera do you shoot with and what lens did you use here? :)

I used to shoot 35mm, that was extremely frustrating. Then tried a Canon sure shot, that didn't do it either. So, I've been using my cellphone, better than the sure shot, but still not good enough. I've wanted a DSLR since they came out over 30 years ago, but it wasn't until the Peacock adopted...

This guy wandered into our yard almost 2 months ago. I know he's not native, but he is a bit wild and too beautiful not to share! He has lost most of his train feathers to his yearly molt, they will grow back in. We are hoping he decides to stay...so far he seems to love our property and we...

Yep, so I'm learning...just like any hobby! I will either be buying the 100-400 IS II or a Tamron or Sigma lens. With this camera you have to make sure that the lens you use has enough resolving power for the 32.5mp sensor...I think that's the number. Canon also recommends using a...

Thank you! 💞 I love mine too, but I have a hard time getting crisp shots, very few are as good as I would like. Most of my pictures are the full 250mm of my lens, so that might be part of my problem. I might have to micro adjust my lenses. That and get a lens with a longer focal length.

@RoyalChick suggested I find some photography contests to be inspired for photos, in my new hobby! So glad I found this thread and looking forward to looking at all of the photo's shared here. I just received a Canon 90D for my birthday in August. Here are some of my favorite photo's so far...
