Leg of lamb. The backstory is it came from my neighbors when they sold their house and moved. It is from 2022 but they had a good wrap on it so we’ll see if I scored or the dogs and chickens scored! :gig We still have spaghetti in the fridge if it ends up being chicken food!
Last night we went to a birthday party. We had lasagna, green salad, ratatouille, snags(Aussie sausages) burgers and both chocolate ripple cake and a Pavlova.
Fortunately we only ate one pan of lasagna so we get the other one tonight!
That’s the way I like to do it too! Fortunately DH is not picky about eating leftovers as long as he likes the dish. He could eat spaghetti 5 days in a row then throw pizza in for the next 3 then roast beef or steak same thing.
It looks good! Haven’t you been tasting it all along? Mine is usually ready for the fridge in about a week, more or less. But I ferment in the house so not in an especially cool place.
