I use butter in all the things. Sometimes lard. But margarine...I think my SIL bought some a year or so ago and it's still sitting right where she put it. It's not for me, lol. I'll make the pennies squeal elsewhere, this house stays stocked with butter!

The zucchini ramen patties were delicious! Tasted a lot like egg foo young and were super simple to make. The soup was very tasty as well, though I think the recipe called for a bit too much fish sauce for my tastes, so next time I'm gonna half it. I'll definitely be making both again!
