It tastes a lot like beef.... except much more lean. It does have the fowl taste similar to wild goose but very faint. I wouldn't turn it down if I had the chance to eat it again..... but I dont think I would raise them for a year so they are large enough to harvest.

I dont see why the roller mod wouldn't work! I am posting to follow. I have a few questions if you don't mind. How many emu eggs per year/month does one expect? Are they edible? Also, how long until maturity from chick to full size? Thanks!
