I’ll get in on this. This is bacon rapped pork loin I smoked for our Pastors 25th Anniversary at our church. We fed about 75 people with it. It was soo good. I used the fire and smoke society sweet preacher seasoning and used bourbon barrel and hickory chips. I use a Masterbuilt 30” electric smoker.
