Opening it quick with pips should be fine. My broody got off the egg yesterday after it pipped and went out quick to poop, get food and water and dust bathe. Baby was fine.

These babies need to get a move on! I hate that I have no idea when mine pipped! Broodys may be easier to have them raise them but they aren't easier on me when they are hatching! LOL

I think H1 is a hair behind this pic. the membrane isn't torn this much but about 3/4 of what that is. so hopefully in 1.5 hrs we will have a baby? I need to go out in 2 hrs! LOL

Lol. We start/go to school for Wed and Thurs before Labor Day weekend to start the year.. then off Friday and Mon of Labor Day weekend so to me stupid to go for 2 days before....

When are you out for the summer? My daughter is out next Wed but has half days today, Tue and Wed. With no school on Mon. I need an update on yours... If they are doing more I can use that as an excuse to check H1 again. Lol
