What I would give for more floor space! I was able to run a glaze firing just before Christmas and am in cleanup mode now in the mud room. Here are my finished gnomes.

Here’s a few new things. Ornaments… Bells and soup mugs, greenware… Another Christmas gnome/figure, greenware with underglaze… Working on trees but no pictures yet. Have another idea on the figures I want to try, too.

Can't wait to see what you've done! This is my latest gnome, with underglaze. I hope I can make enough stuff to do a glaze firing before Christmas.

What fun stuff! How do you find the time to make it all? I was finally able to do a glaze firing over the weekend with a few Christmas decorations and a gnome. I have a few ideas expanding on this guy I want to try.

Same here! I spray, dip, pour and paint. Painting is the worst, but all of them are a pain in their own ways.

Maintains a comfortable temperature. I seem to be able to get clay and glaze everywhere when I work...

It's great to have your own private place to work. I have a similar setup. We converted a third bay in our garage into a studio, so the water is in the main garage but the sink only drains to a five gallon bucket that I have to dump outside. It's a little tight in the studio with all the...

Congratulations on your new studio! Will you have running water? And will your kiln go in here? I play in mud, too.
