Well, the four I managed to hatch are doing good. Three are outside during the day, the other is babysitting the chicks since it's kind of on the runty side.

I don't use a turner, so I don't know if it can affect that. Did you remove it, or place the eggs somewhere else? Most people do, I believe...
I'm attempting it. All the others are so much bigger, older by a minimum of two weeks. And I have three ducklings in there too.

One of my eggs has a sideways air sac... I've got it laying in it's side with the air sac facing up and keeping my fingers crossed because, at least last night, the chick was alive in there. Due to hatch anytime now.

I did a quick candling of the OEGB eggs I set three days ago (because I'm impatient!), and there was veining in a few of them. I am not keeping my hopes up anymore, though. Too much heartbreak.
