Zipping is different to me. If a chick is zipping it means it is all absorbed and trying to get out. Since your other egg hasn’t pipped you could grab the zipping one and inspect. You can see if the membrane is too thick and giving it problems. If your lucky it will hatch in your hand 😀 I...

They can take a long time… but personally if I’m not worried about dropping humidity on other eggs I don’t hesitate much help a chick that’s taking a long time to zip.
