I wouldn't put them through a double torture. My Govee reads .2 increments and is what I trust. When I set out thermostat in the house, it's right on point. That's close enough for me.

I just bought a fairly good quality hygrometer and went with that. The sensors in most incubators are not very accurate. Ours varies and is only about 1 degree off, but that can cause issues. Mine always seem to hatch early by atleast a day. The pekin duck we just hatched was 2 days...
I forgot to also say in the other thread to add ventilated shelf liner and open the vent all the way and leave it alone. We set ours to 100 as ours tends to run about .5 degrees lower than set. Ours also typically hatch about 36 hours early.
