A little swing in humidity is okay. You did the right thing to get the dry chicks out and the right thing in getting them out quickly for minimal impact to the rest.
The only issue I see is that, in my experience, your humidity was a bit high during incubation. I had a lot of curled toes and issues with hatching my first few hatches, but they mostly went away when I lowered my incubation humidity to about 30%.
