    It's the same thing, the correct terminology IS dry incubating, but sometimes it is referred to as dry hatching.

    Dry hatching is where you keep the humidity low during incubation, about 20%-40% I think? Then during lockdown, you raise the humidity up to 50%-60%.

    What's your humidity currently at? How long have the chicks been internally pipped (since you've been able to hear chirping)? It can take 24 hours after pipping for them to hatch. Hard as it is, try not to worry too much.
