    Legbars are a recognized breed, not a mix of random genes like Easter Eggers are, which means that Legbars cannot be counted as an Easter Egger. To be an Easter Egger, a chicken needs to have a mixed heritage, carry the blue egg gene, and have at least one Ameraucana ancestor in their lineage.
