Could he be a Rhode Island Blue, sometimes called a Production Blue? They can have the red leakage. Mine came from Mt. Healthy. It's a hen but the roo on their page looks similiar to yours minus the color on the tail. https://mthealthy.com/birds/rhode-island-blue- Fluster Cluck Acres
