Aw. Sorry to hear about Frankie, Jim. We have our dog, Riley, and two giant goldfish that were left in the pond when the pump went out. They seem to like the fish tank so we never got a new pump. All three are hypoallergenic so we didn’t have to re-home them when my lungs went crappy. 😊
I would try to go just to catch up with folks. Had to give up my girls, turkeys, rabbits, etc. because I developed an allergy but I sure miss seeing the people. Maybe BigZ knows if Chickenstock is on the calendar?
It has been a very long time since I checked in on my chicken friends! I see Jim and I’m wondering who else is here that remembers me and I’m also wondering if there is a Chickenstock this year.
The hubs sent me this link but he just laughs at me when I tell him we should buy one. He's a glutton for punishment, I guess!

This rain has been GREAT for the garden! We planted two gardens with veggies and the third with oats. The rows are farther apart than last year so we'll have about half the produce we had last year. Wayne's back is getting real bad so he can't help me much. This may be the last year for the...
Just me catching up yet again! We've been plenty busy with lots of wedding planning. Our daughter got married in Nashville last Thursday. It was a lovely wedding and the weather was beautiful! They got hitched without a hitch. We're so happy for them! We love her groom and his family...
My bunny boarder has run into some personal problems and may have to sell most of her stock. There will probably be cages and such available as well. I'm going to miss those sweet things! Two just gave birth and several are pg - they are going to quickly outnumber the birds!

I'm glad no one was hurt, Jim!!
I've been dealing with a morning and evening sore-ish throat for a couple of days. So far nothing has gotten worse with it. Stay well!
I have Dutch and Chocolate Dutch. I'm boarding some bunns for a gal who has all colors of Dutch, Silver Foxes (meaties), a Mini Rex and some mixed. She has several Dutch for sale but I'm not sure about the Mini Rex. I'll ask her. It's a doe and she is very sweet!

Thanks, Jim!
My MIL had Alzsheimer's the last 10 years of her life and she was close by in Bethany Home so we could visit her often. Since I saw her most often, she always had a big smile for me when we'd come. I think I was at least a familiar face to her.
My mother and an aunt are the...
Thanks so much, ChicDreams!
We're happy to have Mom here with us - I was beginning to worry about her because my brother moved farther away from her and he couldn't get there quickly if something happened. I cherish the time I can spend with her. XOXO
Thanks, BigZ! I hope to be able to pop in at the bash this year again. I probably won't stay overnight with Mom at home. Looking forward to seeing you all again!
So...who's going for sure?
