Hmmm, temp at 100. I am guessing that since this is a homemade bator, there is no fan. Is that so? If there is no fan, temp should be 101-102, which could explain your late hatch or possibly failed hatch. I would wait a bit longer. Also, 72 is a little high for humidity...what was it...
I would not remove them unless the bator starts to smell. I've heard people hatch on day 26, so hang in there. If the temp was too low, they will certainly be late. I hope they are waiting to surprise you. Homemade bators are tough to get right and sometimes they just don't work out too...
