I also have a few bantam Roosters to find homes for. They are just to sweet to eat. I'm hoping to sucker some kid into them. If not, they can just stay here. They are small and don't take up to much room :)

Yes, they are going for food. It is hard but has to be done. I just have to remind myself they had a great life here and I can't have beautiful hens without getting so many roosters...it's all part of the game...

I could pick mine up but if I turned my back.....he would jump on me. He cornered me a few times, it was a little scary. Had to process him....

My younger Bresse rooster is really sweet ;)

My original Bresse rooster was way too aggressive he had to be processed... I think he was in love with me, he kept trying to mate me! LOL

So Happy....just sold 18 four month old roosters ;) heck yeah !

I currently have four Bresse hens and one Bresse rooster. They will probably be a breed I won't keep. I really like them, I just need to down size a bit. :)

Congrats Ron...I got a beautiful dark olive egg today. I think it was from my blue isbar x blue maran Hen...I hope so because I have about 20 pullets growing out...the egg is beautiful. I tried to take a picture but the lighting made the egg look ugly...
