There may not be a chat thread for Portugal. Many state and country chat threads are not active. I see you've started one.....but may not be enough people here to get it going. Might find some by looking at other members in this search...

I do not think so, UK would be closest and not sure it was/is active..... .....but the links on the list on the first post are mostly broken at this time.

Huh, Michigan one worked but most others did not.... I asked staff about it.
