Here are some pics of my BTB's that hatched out yesterday 10 out of 12. They are mixed in with their hatch mates 4 Welummers. sorry the pics aren't that good but they're just a little people shy right now. I candled the other 2 eggs nothing going on in them.

Today is hatch day for my 12 Black Tail Buffs. so far 9 are out and 1 is about ready to pop it top no signs of any thing from the other 2. Maybe if I had candled I could have had a 100% hatch. I'll give them an extra day or two. ::::::

I went out to check for eggs in my welsummer pen and to put out fresh feed & water and look at what I found in my BTB pen their first ones with out flash with flash

Thanks for the inputs. I thought the legs were a little long. Next question is if I breed with him could I get some with the short legs and eventually lose the white feather?
