Not very edible. I got some nice chick seed from TSC that I planted and it is mostly clover. I had to keep them off of ti last year while it got started, but now the ducks love it and have not killed it. Chickens get grass.

I have an app called "Picture This" that said this is common Ragweed. Some people are very allergic to this.

I like multipule food and water dishes, because sometimes the dominant bird will guard the food and/or water. Widely separated food and water stations prevent this problem, and keep them from running out too.
