I have a silkie who's buddy died and hangs out by itself, however it is young and I don't know yet if it is a hen or roo. I thought a roo because of behavior but is now 3 months with no sign of a comb. I can send u a picture I am out in the canby area.

if you bought straight run chicks you may end up with some that need to be rehomed since many roosters don't like each other. Good xcuse for more chicks.;):lol:
