Check out Red Valley Ranch farm on book of faces. They have chicks this late in the year, but not sure if you’d find any exactly at 11 weeks. They are really good at giving sexed chicks. Only down fall is the minimum is 3 chicks. Good luck.

Welcome!! I use free mulch from our local compost place. I’ve heard gravel hurting their feet and they’ll kick all the gravel around to get down to the dirt. Dirt tends to compact very easily, so if that’s not something you’re worried about i don’t see why not. I prefer mulch as the chickens...

We don’t have a barn so I haven’t tested it but i very much doubt she would even care. She has never lifted a paw to swat us or hissed at us or our other cats. To be honest she’s prolly be scared of them
