Wow, I feel really lucky. Saw very few hawks all summer. A few around recently though. I have mostly woods so they hide well, except for my polish girl. She'll sit in the middle of the yard when everyone else has run under the deck. She's done free ranging for the winter.

This is my new addition from the Sussex show, a little pullet named Willow. She has taken a liking to Cooper. He really is a good sport. He has learned he can shake her off his head but she a a firm grip on his back so he just deals with it.
