    im sorry to hear that! i hope you come into something so you can deck out your coop, maybe theres a lucky lotto ticket in your future! theyre adorable little things. more ornamental birds but their full size is basically the size of a baby chicken.

    good luck in your search! i would check jersey chickens in jackson, on their website it said they had laced wyandottes. they definitely had gold and silver but probably could get you blue laced reds.

    thanks. i havent had chickens for a while and was looking to get one again but im not sure what to get. my buff orpingtons were super friendly and more pet than anything so i want one that wont be super flighty. im obsessed with blue laced red wyandottes but i think bantams would be more suited...

    yeah he says he sees postmen do it all the time, which ive never witnessed. it doesnt add up to me, but he says they do it for fun. im just hopeful for the hatch! first clutch is due this week and that one just went in so itll be due around the 24th

    all but one survived and are in the bator, though the box was pretty grim... DH insisted delivery men like to kick the boxes marked fragile.

    they are more for pets and sometimes snake food... you cant really keep them outside unless the temperature doesnt get very cold cause they dont regulate temperature well. theyre not as flighty when you handle them a lot from a young age, but i cant speak to their aggressiveness. lots of people...
