I kind of think you might have one of each - but I had one BO who turned out to be a pullet with quite a nice set of comb/wattles. The one thing, though, is BO roos have nice tails and BO pullets have "bustles" (poofy feathers before their tails). Sweet little ones none-the-less! :)
Cream legbar mamma, then yes, the male offspring would exhibit the barring trait (white spot on head), but in my experience, the "dot" is usually larger than the one I see in the pic... which probably doesn't help much... :)
I think they both are probably pullets. Olive Egger isn't "technically" a recognized breed, because it is just a term for the cross of a blue/ blue-green layer (most likely EEs in your case) and a brown egg layer (the darker the brown the richer the olive), so, could be any number of breeds...
