yes that is very good advice , i do the same add in fresh daily a vitamin/electrolyte/probiotic mix into filtered tap water at brooder temp on the first day ,we also mix their food with water to give them a good boost after shipping they love that , but its always so sad to me to see...
im sure you are always great at raising you chicks , we all have our own ways and again that is only a caution for day old chicks who need warm water. so no worries

I was just thinking about these new kinds of brooders, like the EcoGlow 20 style Chick Brooder, the one thing i don't like about this style brooder is that it does not keep the chicks water warm.? , like my heat lamp does, the hatchery {{ my pet chicken }} has recommended we...
