Anyone interested in adult chickens? My family is moving and we have to get rid of all of ours. I have 22 birds left. Mostly Black Langshans and Welsummers. There is a Buff Brahma hen, a Buckeye rooster, and a few barnyard mixes. None of the 22 are over 2 years of age. We are asking $5 per bird...

Welcome! Being addicted to chickens is a problem that we all have. I am also on the Shore. In Snow Hill. Where do you plan on getting your Delawares? My husband loves them, and lost his only delaware last year. (The Columbian kind, not the Blue. He loves both.)

She can, but this year she wanted orders in by a certain time. Look her up and check. I am on the shore, but she is hours away from me.

Try Craigslist or other seller-buyer-community sites. Many of your farm or hardware stores have or can direct you to them also.

I am in Worcester. I wish that you had asked a month earlier. My unwanted roos went to freezer camp. There is a place in Parksley VA that sells adults. I know that it is on Parsley Rd. I have cockerels, but they are really young. I hope that this helps. If not I can ask around for you.
