We don't have any immediate neighbours. I think building a run is our best bet. We were supposed to get them in August but some other stuff came up. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get them in the winter because of their lack of feathers and general vulnerability, so may have to wait until...

Oh okay. You must get through a lot of feed. We're hoping the chickens we get will be able to get a lot of their food from foraging and kitchen scraps. I hope they like slugs because there's a total infestation here.
