Have you managed to bring her in in the warm and separated? She does sound very thin. I think if you bring her in and do as CCUK suggested with food and adding to her water to help give her a boost.

That suggests she is not eating - she should have the solid darker stuff too (which is the poo, the white is the 'wee').
