Ours mostly stay in the less windy areas but they free-range so they are confident and go around the yard getting blown about.:rolleyes: On really windy days they stay in their coop and run.
It has been raining a ton with lots of wind, and everything is blowing away! Almost feels like a Tennessee rain. Good thing our chickens have a a wind barrier and a roof for their run.

I have seen lots of bugs on salsify, I don't know if i would want to eat one from my yard even after washing.
