All my birds are his line. I got some from clay mills that he got from paul years ago and I've gotten some from paul himself. He still has his hamburgs and dark brown leghorns. His age keeps him from doing much hatching.

Every bantam ss hamburg I've seen so far has a spike that follows their head. Is that something they just prefer or can they not get it to angle upward?
So far I haven't seen a one. Guess paul worked that out a long time ago. The main things I've seen I need to work on are wattles and brassiness on the males. I don't have a clue on how to get rid of the brassiness and keep them pure.
