    Definatley doesnt look muscovy. I would guess magpie. But some magpie and anconca ducklings look very similar. Where did you get them? If from a feed store/ hatchery i would say magpie is most likely

    Yes ducks need the xtra niacin. I use nutritional yeast- add 1 tablespoon per cup of feed. It helps prevent leg troubles

    Its not from eating to much. But what food are you feeding? Are you adding niacin ? Brewers yeast or nutritional yeast?

    All the ducklings i have had dont like it that hot. They stay maybe around the 85 mark for a couple days. But the opposite side of the brooder is usually 65-70 and they spend alot of time on the cool side and sleep near the heat . And by the end of the first week they def dont want it any warmer...
